ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop a strategy for capacity CapEx aligned with long-term customer demand and business objectives. /li liDevelop robust process’ for CapEx prioritization aligned with SQDC business objectives. /li liMaintain global capacity models for the Aero Alliance shops utilizing Takt Cycle charts /li liCoach teams to improve output (Takt Attainment) utilizing lean tools and principles of waste elimination /li liEnsure CapEx aligns with a 1P1P approach of global standardization /li liPartner with channels on the development of new repair processes and qualifications. /li liCollaborate with teams to built out takt cycle charts and capacity models for all Aero Alliance shops. /li liLead investigations into failures and chronic issues, identifying root causes and implementing robust corrective actions to eliminate the problems from re-occuring. /li liProvide technical support train local shops for CapEx, Capacity, and developing flow lines. /li liInterprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. /li liStays informed of industry trends that may inform work. /li liUses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. /li liHas ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.
