As our new Performance Marketing Specialist, we’ll challenge you to create, test, improve and expand campaigns across different media channels. You’ll collaborate with other Marketing team members and other departments to improve our presence online and reach the marketing and business goals. **Your challenges will be**: - Be part of the planning and creation of campaigns across advertising platforms Work closely with design, video and content creators to serve impactful ads to our potential clients Manage and optimize campaign performance to meet specific KPIs Manage and automate data-driven reports of performance Ensure proper tracking and attribution across dedicated channels Identify new opportunities for campaign and advertising platform expansions **Your Profile**




- 3+ years of experience in Paid Advertising or User-Acquisition focused marketing roles Experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management (Experience with other ad platforms is a plus - don’t be shy to tell us!) Strong organizational and analytical skills Focused on growth and achieving goals Good understanding and experience with reporting and tracking tools Excellent English, both spoken and written A team player with ambition to learn, build new skills and grow professionally **What we've got to offer**: - Inclusive workplace fueled by creativity and teamwork Friendly hi-tech environment. 25 days Annual paid leave (+1 day per year up to 30).
