Position Summary Under the direction of the Test & Validation Manager the resource is responsible for overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Maintain a work schedule for the assigned team and updates for weekly staff meetings; he/she has to guarantee timing, costs and quality of the project in accordance with defined targets. Is accountable for all the project documentation and acts as interface between the team, the management and the customer. **A day in life**:
Analysis of the test specifications and T&V; requirements also during the RFQ phase
Analysis of the instrumentation necessary to complete the DV and PV phase
Analysis of qualification costs also for the RFQ phase
Drafting and/or analysis and approval of technical test plans and test reports
Lead the planning and implementation of project
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs **Must have**:
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of related experience
Previous experience in automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier.
Thorough knowledge of the products from a technical point of view
Knowledge of product test specifications
Basic knowledge of Project Management / Product Lifecycle Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
Good English, spoken and written.
Highly-motivated, creative and passionate about all-things technology related to distributed
learning (i.e., innovative software, programs, models).
Professional use of Microsoft Office
Good research and reporting skills (oral and written communication).
Very good time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Nice to have
Aptitude for leading teams and managing resources.
Advanced knowledge of Project Management / Product Lifecycle Management.
