Etinars is seeking an IT Service Management Support Engineer to join its international technical team, supporting space ground segment operations from Rome.
You will handle configuration management, incident and problem management, and reporting, using ITIL practices and ticketing tools. The role is hybrid with relocation to Rome if needed, requiring fluent English; Italian is a plus. Space domain experience is advantageous.
