Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead people operations for the Italian practice within Alvarez & Marsal's Global People Organisation. You will partner with business leaders to deliver advisory, operational support, and strategic people initiatives that enable growth. You'll oversee employment law, contracts, onboarding, and lifecycle activities, while driving data‐driven insights and program delivery. The position blends local expertise with global standards, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and people development. This is an opportunity to shape Italy's people strategy in a fast‐growing professional services environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Build strong business partnerships to deliver advisory and operational support Manage Benefits & Rewards in collaboration with the Total Rewards team Ensure compliance with Italian labour law and local contracts Draft and maintain employment contracts and documentation with local counsel Act as local Employee Relations resource for performance, sickness, and terminations Oversee Employee Lifecycle Management (onboarding, permits,



visas, offboarding) Execute People Programs in collaboration with regional/global teams Collaborate to ensure consistency of People processes across the organization Produce and analyze People data to identify trends and improvements Foster a culture aligned with A&M; values, diversity, and inclusion Responsabilità Proven People experience in corporate or professional services environments Fluent in Italian and English Ability to work independently and in a team Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building with senior management Solid knowledge of Italian labour law Collaborative team player with strong communication High attention to detail and solutions‐focused mindset Experience with People systems such as Workday is desirable but not essential Requisiti fondamentali fringe benefits discretionary premio well-being resources and support competitive salary range 65,000–80,000 gros
