Supply chain Manager Azienda Chemical pharmacetic company located in Lodi Area Offerta The Site Supply Chain Management (SCM) Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain at Site. The primary focus is on overseeing the end‐to‐end supply chain processes, optimizing inventory levels, and fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet production and delivery commitments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost savings. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners and customers to ensure a robust and diversified supply chain network. Identify and assess potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Operational Monitor and control inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Implement robust inventory tracking systems and regular cycle counts.



Support SCM Head in implementing effective inventory control measures. Aid in monitoring and controlling inventory levels as per SCM Head's directives. Support SCM Head in maintaining long‐term relationships with suppliers; assist in contract negotiation with suppliers for securing favourable terms. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost‐effective delivery of materials and finished products. Optimize transportation and distribution processes to minimize lead times. Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards. Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to guarantee timely delivery of products, optimizing routes and minimizing transportation costs. Manage day‐to‐day warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and distribution, to meet production and customer demands.
