As Senior Tax Manager at Caterpillar, you will lead international tax advisory efforts within a global, fast-paced environment. You will support business expansion, advise on cross-border and M&A; activity, and shape tax strategies amid evolving legislation. Your role strengthens partnerships across the tax and business teams to drive value for a multinational enterprise. This is an opportunity to influence high-impact tax decisions at scale within a world-class organization.

- Support business expansion across a broad jurisdictional base
- Translate complex tax rules into commercially-grounded advice for stakeholders
- Lead or contribute to M&A; and restructuring initiatives
- Develop tax audit strategies and provide audit support
- Assess the impact of evolving tax legislation on the business
- Recognised accounting or tax qualification




- 10-12 years of international tax experience in practice or industry
- At least 5 years’ experience managing cross-border tax structuring projects or advisory
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess broader environment in structuring advice
- Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural collaboration
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Hybrid work locations: Milan or Minerbio or both
