pul liQuality Officer /li liManufacturing /li /ul pWe are supporting an international industrial company in the search for a Quality Plant Officer to join its plant operations team. /p pThis role focuses on supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring high levels of product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements. /p h3Offerta /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements /li liMonitor the correct application of internal processes and procedures /li liMaintain and update QMS documentation (e.g., Quality Manual, procedures, quality plans) /li liAssist with internal and external audits, including preparation of reports /li liCollect and analyze quality data; contribute to reporting and management reviews /li liTrack quality KPIs and highlight deviations /li liSupport the management of non-conformities and corrective actions /li liAssist in supplier qualification, evaluation, and audits /li liEnsure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments /li liCollaborate with technical teams on process improvements and product sampling /li liContribute to statistical analysis related to quality performance /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pA successful Quality Plant Officer should have: /p ul liA background in engineering or manufacturing, with a focus on quality processes. /li liKnowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry standards. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
