We are looking for a **Technical Service Specialist** that will be responsible to support our Sales Area Manager in providing technical services for our medical devices and consumables (“Products”) to our customers of Healthcare market within the regions of **Center Italy (Lazio, Marche)**. **Responsabilities**
- Pre-sales and post-sales technical services ON-SITE (at customer’s site) and ONLINE (from remote) to the customers for the Products. **Tasks**
- Install the Products
- Provide support services and maintenance on the Products
- Provide training service for the products at customers’ sites in all the above cited Italian region. **Studies**
- Technical Institute diploma in the technological sector with preference for electronics or similar. **Technical skills**
- Excellent knowledge of

- Excellent digital competencies in
- Information and data literacy




- Communication and collaboration

- Problem solving
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Microsoft preferred)
- Basic knowledge of ERP software (Microsoft preferred) **Language skills**
- Italian (QCER level C2)
- English (QCER level B2) **Experience**
- Three years in a similar position in the sector of medical devices, is a plus. **Contract Type**
