- Mid **Studio Production Coordinator (f/m/d)**:
To support our Styling team we are searching for a Studio Production Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**: - Support the Head of Studio WW (H.S.) in the day to day running of the Photo Studio
- Manage all freelancer bookings (models, stylists, assistants,) as well as all invoices
- Be the 1st point of contact regarding the bookings mentioned on the point prior + any studio occurrence related with the WW production work flow
- Manage model castings to ensure model availability at all times
- Manage freelancer recruiting for all areas of the photo studio to ensure freelancer availability at all times
- Support the H.S. with the coordination of the logistics team and the logistic team in any task needed
- Proactively think of ways to improve efficiency and support implementation
- Be a source of knowledge who is able to represent the Studio in both inter departmental and external meetings **WHO YOU ARE**: - 3 years experience working in a photo studio
- 3 years genera experience booking models and freelancers
- Technical Photography knowledge is an advantage
- Logistic knowledge is an advantage
- Extremely organized and reliable
- Resilient, with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast-paced environment
