ABOUT THE ROLE 3 Degrees is a leading B Corp in the sustainability sector, on a mission to empower organizations to transition towards a net-zero future. We achieve this by offering a comprehensive suite of sustainability solutions, including helping clients source renewable energy, investing in carbon avoidance projects, and implementing decarbonization strategies. Consultants are vital contributors on the Power Markets team, the renewable energy consulting group within 3 Degrees. This position conducts research and analysis to support the delivery of client work across Europe under the direction of senior-level team members and the Manager, Europe. 3 Degrees' consulting engagements focus on developing and implementing renewable energy and carbon reduction solutions for large organizations. Our work aims to reduce emissions of energy supplies, both electricity and thermal, and enable growing organizations to adopt these solutions within robust sustainability programs.



This is a full-time position reporting to our Manager, Power Markets. We prefer a hybrid work arrangement for those near our Norway or Netherlands offices, but we are also open to hiring remotely in Italy, Spain, the UK, and Hungary.
