Experteer Overview As an Area Manager in Sephora's Sales Department, you will drive regional turnover and hit area-specific targets while aligning stores with company policies. You will collaborate closely with HR, Training, and Store Managers to develop talent, ensure operational excellence, and implement the commercial strategy locally. The role combines people leadership, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination to grow the area and enhance the customer experience. You will engage with brands, monitor KPIs, and contribute to Sephora's community and employer-branding efforts.

Manage relationships with Brands for commercial activities
Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy with Sales Director and team
Be confident on social media and contribute to Sephora Community
Act as ambassador in external relations and employer branding events
Participate in HQ projects across departments
Responsibilities 5/7 years of experience as Area Manager in a dynamic, international environment
Strong financial and analytical skills
Results-driven with the ability to lead activities to outcomes
Excellence orientation
Excellent relationship abilities with internal and external stakeholders
Resilience in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Italian and English
