ph3PRIMARY FUNCTIONS /h3 pThe role of the bOff Road /b bSales Specialist /b inside FPT organization is to manage and develop strategic relationships with the company’s important Off road customers. This role focuses on increasing revenues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within key accounts. /p h3KEY ACCOUNTABILITY /h3 ul liIdentify and develop new business opportunities to grow the Off road business; /li liBe the Key Account Manager for selected existing global IKA and OEMs and the commercial go-to-person for the clients as well as for the internal functions; /li liWork together with all functions involved (Product Engineering, Platform, Product Marketing, Homologation,…) to finalize sales proposals; /li liContribute to identify solutions, meeting customers’… /li /ul h3REQUIRED SKILLS BACKGROUND /h3 ul liMaster degree (Management/Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferable) /li li5 years of working experience in similar roles /li liNegotiations skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and requirements through studying data and discussions with customers; ability to know the customer’s business /li liAbility to work and to collaborate by objectives in a cross-functional teams, with strong communication attitudes and relationship skills /li liExcellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing. /li liMS Office and common ICT tools /li liMarket-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills /li liAbility to create product marketing plans /li liAbility to think 5 years ahead, but with foot on the ground and with a pragmatic and customer driven approach /li liAbility to scout new business opportunities that enable business development targets to be achieved/exceeded /li liAnalytical approach and capability to translate market data and deviations into future trends and segmentations /li liAvailability to travel /li /ul h3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 pAnnual gross salary in the range of b€52K–€65K /b, commensurate with experience and qualifications. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
