As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities. /p h3Short Description /h3 pThe main objective of the bAccounting, Treasury and Tax Specialist /b role is to carry out accounting, treasury and tax activities related to the proper functioning of the function, as well as to monitor processes for the Italian companies at the bEuropean Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) /b. The role aims to contribute to the accurate and true preparation of the financial statements of the Italian companies, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and guaranteeing the availability of the financial resources required for the company’s operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTreasury management activities (communication with banks, management of bank guarantees, handling of any manual payments, weekly report on actual cash movements in TMS, weekly short‑and‑medium‑term cash planning in BPC, management of foreign exchange hedging contracts, etc.). /li liActivities related to the monthly closing of the accounting books (review of accounts payable and receivable processes carried out at the FSSC, general ledger postings, support in the month‑end closing process in SEM BCS, verification of fixed asset depreciation, etc.) and digital archiving of the general journal and VAT books. /li liSupport in the preparation of quarterly and year‑end reports (e.g. Note Package, deferred tax, notes to the financial statements). /li liSupport during the audit of the financial statements by external auditors. /li liSupport for tax compliance activities (periodic and annual VAT settlements and returns, withholding tax certificates, Esterometro, Form 770, etc.) and related accounting entries.



/li liSupport in the preparation of monthly Intrastat reports and statistical reporting to ISTAT. /li liSupport in the management of legal matters related to customers. /li liTimely escalation of any issues to the Accounting, Treasury and Tax Manager. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or Accounting diploma with extensive and proven experience in the field. /li liKnowledge of Italian accounting principles and IFRS. /li liKnowledge of tax and commercial law. /li liSAP experience. /li liIT skills (MS Office package). /li liBasic knowledge of English, German is a plus. /li liProblem‑solving and analytical skills. /li liOrganizational skills, accuracy and a methodical approach to tasks. /li liFlexibility, dynamism and continuous improvement mindset. /li liInitiative and ability to work independently. /li liAbility to manage pressure and stress. /li liHigh motivation and focus on team and company results. /li liGoal‑oriented mindset. /li /ul h3Offering /h3 pPay Range: 38,000–45,000€ /p pLocation: Momo + hybrid /p pAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
