As part of our team of 10 professionals, you will play an active role in deal origination and execution: - Preparation of sales pitches: - Identification of strategic targets / acquirers,
- Market research,
- Valuation (transactional multiples, stock market multiples, DCF...),
- Financial models (LBO, etc.)
- Support for mandate execution: - Drafting of information memorandum,
- Business plans,
- Preparation of dataroom,
- Follow-up of due diligence phase, etc. **Location** **Profile required**
- Business, engineering or post-graduate degree;
- Solid financial and economic knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize **Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months Pay: €800.00 - €1,200.00 per month
