Experteer Overview In this role you lead multidisciplinary MEP teams on a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Milan, ensuring safe, on-time delivery of mechanical and electrical packages. You will coordinate design reviews, procurement, planning, and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Working alongside the Project Manager, Contracts Manager and design teams, you drive programme delivery and value engineering in a mission-critical environment. Site Engineers and Design Teams Monitor construction quality, workmanship and materials Ensure design issues are identified and communicated promptly Support procurement, planning and sequencing activities Drive programme delivery while maintaining the highest health and safety standards Responsabilità Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline Proven experience leading MEP teams on large-scale construction projects Previous Data Centre or Mission Critical project experience essential Strong understanding of procurement, scheduling and project sequencing Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilityRequisiti fondamentali Accommodation Rotation Travel Net Living Allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr
