Experteer Overview As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own end-to-end product verticals across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, delivering production‐grade features in a fast‐moving, startup‐like environment within a large enterprise. You will design scalable systems, define service boundaries, and integrate AI‐driven components to accelerate development. You'll work on data models, APIs, and UI, aligning with Generali's digitization and cloud strategy. This is an opportunity to shape critical platforms at Europe's large insurer and influence how AI‐assisted development scales. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to move the product forward with ownership and impact. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and implement backend services in Python (Fast API) with data models and business logic Build and maintain React frontends with Tailwind CSS for performance and usability Lead system design decisions including service boundaries, API contracts,
and data flows Integrate AI and agentic components (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development velocity Surface technical risks, propose mitigations, and drive resolution with founder‐level ownership Responsabilità Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise 6+ years of full stack experience with depth across backend and frontend Strong Python backend skills: REST APIs, async patterns, ORM, testing, production operations Solid React and Type Script with Tailwind CSS; able to own frontend stack independently AWS fluency: Lambda, ECS, RDS/Aurora, S3, SQS, Cloud Front; Ia C experience (Terraform or CDK) Experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor) is a strong plus; AI‐native development workflows valued Italian C2 plus English at least B2 #J-18808-Ljbffr
