Scope of the role The Hospital & Specialty Care Business Unit currently generates approximately €100 million in revenue and counts around 55 employees . The BU Director will lead a team of 7direct reports : 1 Head of Marketing 1 Business operations 4 Territory Managers 1 Head of Hospital Your role Define and execute the commercial strategy of the Business Unit, ensuring delivery against — and ideally beyond — the agreed business plan. Coordinate, consolidate and steer all business and financial planning processes across the BU. Review, challenge and validate the outputs of commercial models, embedding ambitious yet realistic "raise-the-bar" objectives into the plan book. Contribute as a member of the BU Italy Leadership Team, enabling the matrix organization to deliver high‐quality strategy and flawless execution across all assigned brands.
