Experteer Overview In this role, you help clients solve complex operational and capital‐related challenges by blending strategic thinking with hands‐on execution. You will work across Europe in the Operations Practice, focusing on lean construction, capability building, and capital excellence to enable client objectives and competitive advantage. You'll receive strong mentorship and coaching, contributing to your development while delivering high‐impact results. Responsabilità Master's degree and exceptional academics
Broad experience in capital excellence topics (capital projects, capital management systems, real estate, infrastructure, construction)
Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
Mobility and enthusiasm for European assignments during the work week
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‐solving skills
Effective communication of complex ideas in English and local office language
