We're looking for an AI Commercial Product Owner to join a high-impact, fully dedicated global task force and help design, develop and scale AI-powered solutions that transform how we drive Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, Retail Execution and Sales Effectiveness across our markets.
This is more than a technology role. It's an opportunity to redefine how predictive analytics, machine learning and AI create value for our commercial teams and customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of AI-enabled products supporting key commercial processes, including Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Retail Execution and Sales Effectiveness.
- Translate business needs into clear use cases, user stories and actionable product requirements, acting as a bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities where AI,
machine learning and advanced analytics can generate measurable business impact, such as demand forecasting, trade investment optimization, promo effectiveness, revenue growth recommendations and next best actions for sales teams.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Data & Analytics, Digital and Technology teams to design and deliver scalable, business-driven solutions.
- Contribute to a global-first approach, ensuring AI-powered products can be adopted consistently across markets while balancing local business needs.
- Support agile product development and value delivery through iterative releases, helping define success metrics and monitoring business impact and user adoption.
- Work closely with the global Salesforce CRM transformation program, ensuring alignment between AI initiatives and the broader commercial digital roadmap.
