Together, we work on process quality in Supply Chain team. /p h3About Your Future Role /h3 ul liMonitor the quality of all activities within the logistics service supply chain, both internally and through 3PLs and service providers; /li liImplement and monitor all KPI reporting and control tools related to processes managed by the logistics outsourcer; /li liCalculate and issue penalties for non‑compliance with SLAs; /li liShare results with all internal stakeholders and suppliers, collaborating on continuous performance and quality improvement by establishing continuous improvement plans; /li liUnderstand the needs and requirements of our customers, as well as the characteristics of products and services, to implement process changes that positively impact the customer experience; /li liCoordinate and be responsible for the quality control process of products and services within the operational chain,
implementing changes and improvements to improve quality and studying prevention models to contribute to continuous improvement and operational effectiveness; /li liManage cost control and inventory assessment, monitoring industry metrics. /li /ul h3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3 pWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
