ph3Overview /h3pExperteer Overview As a Process Technology Engineer in the BU Catalysts team, you will oversee and improve chemical plants, lead the design and commissioning of new production facilities, and drive cost-saving and safety initiatives. You will partner with Engineering, Business, and Production to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and implement innovative manufacturing technologies. This role supports Clariant’s mission of functional excellence and sustainable value creation. You will contribute to high-impact projects that scale operations and improve product quality. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and coordinate process and product optimization projects; develop work plans and align Engineering, Business, and Production teams /liliEvaluate and improve existing processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency; analyze production unit reliability /liliProvide expertise in chemical production including startup capabilities and procedural requirements /liliStay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and support plant projects,
