Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Fixed Income Market Specialist to join the Fixed Income Retail Markets Team in Milan. Gross Annual Salary starting from €36000.
Responsibilities
- Monitor other primary markets to propose new bonds for liquidity providers’ activity on EuroTLX and MOT markets.
- Analyse product characteristics to ensure full compliance with regulations, sensitive procedures and the technical requirements of trading and settlement systems.
- Compute periodic statistics for fixed‑income products across the Group to support the team in defining business development strategies.
- Conduct competitor analyses to identify market trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Perform client analyses to strengthen relationships with issuers and liquidity providers.
- Support day‑to‑day listing activities and related projects.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Python skills for automating statistical reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.




- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative and client‑focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver precise, timely and high‑quality work.
- Prior experience in fixed‑income markets or related areas is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive operational improvements.
- Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to anticipate and effectively respond to client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
- One to three years of relevant experience.
