The company is a long-standing partner of space agencies and institutions, with deep expertise in IT systems, operations, and engineering support for ground segment infrastructures.We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer who is eager to start or strengthen their career in a dynamic, international environment.You will join our client's high-performing IT department, ensuring the functionality, performance, and support of end-user IT services.A B2 level of English is required.YOUR TASKSProvide 2nd and 3rd line support for end-user devices, workstations, printers, video conferencing tools, and office IT equipment (on-site and remote).Manage incidents and service requests from start to resolution,



including ticket tracking and escalation when needed.Assist with Asset Lifecycle Management: procurement, tracking, inspection, deployment, inventory, and disposal of EOL items.Prepare and deploy laptops, mobile devices, tablets, peripherals, and video conferencing tools.Contribute to IT projects through support during design, implementation, and early operational phases.Document solutions and update internal knowledge databases to promote long-term issue resolution.Propose and support automation and workflow improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.At least 2 years of direct experience in IT end-user support or technical operations.Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite.Polycom video conferencing systems and related equipment.Fluent in English and preferably one of the official languages of the country of assignment (e.g., Italian).Preferred:Hands-on experience with IT asset lifecycle processes.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to s
