WHO YOU ARE Zinnia is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Communications to lead transformative communication strategies that drive employee engagement and support our ongoing business transformation. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, evolving environment and is excited by change rather than maintaining the status quo. You will help translate Zinnia's strategic priorities into impactful communication initiatives that support our shift from bespoke services to standardized,



product‐led solutions. This means partnering with key stakeholders—including the People team, Marketing, and senior leadership—to craft compelling messages that resonate with our global workforce of over 3,000 employees. As we undergo significant transformation following several strategic acquisitions, you need to make complex topics simple, intuitive, and engaging, ensuring employees are informed, aligned with our vision, and motivated to become ambassadors for Zinnia. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker passionate about change management, adept at delivering clear and impactful messaging, and a creative problem solver continuously exploring new ways to engage employees.
