Experteer Overview As IT Application Lead for Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) within Program NEXT, you drive the delivery and steady state support of applications, coordinating technical and functional teams to ensure on-time go-lives and ongoing maintenance. You translate business needs into technical requirements, plan initiatives, and align projects with global IT standards while guiding cloud-based services. This role accelerates Generali's cloud-driven digitization and cross‐functional collaboration to enable strategic outcomes.
Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor core solution milestones and manage resources and budgets
Liaise with local stakeholders and elevate risks to governance bodies
Ensure compliance with internal policies across systems and apps
Maintain, monitor, and support all applications




Act as IT solution consultant to map technologies to business plans
Plan and execute solution implementations in line with strategy and IT standards
Oversee vendor governance for Cloud Infrastructure activities
Responsabilità IFRS principles knowledge (IFRS17 and IFRS9) and background in Non-Life actuarial
Knowledge of Software Lifecycle, Lean, Agile, Waterfall, ITIL
SQL and relational database knowledge; programming languages familiarity
English professional level; Italian/German/French as advantage
Cloud governance experience to manage cloud services and CSP processes
