Intesa, part of the Kyndryl Group and leading ICT company focused on digital transformation, is looking for a passionate **Contract Engagement Advisor **who is driven to exceed expectations in an international environment. The contract engagement advisor performs activities of contract negotiation and contract approval process management in collaboration with stakeholders. **Key responsibilities**
- Negotiate, draft and revise ICT contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers
- Cooperate with external stakeholders and ensure that agreements are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
- Analyse legal documents and provide advice on potential contractual issues
- Prepare and review offer proposal and/or basic contract/agreement **Requirements**: - Master degree in law
- Bar exam completed
- Knowledge of Data Privacy regulations
- Proficient knowledge of English
- Any previous experience in negotiating and managing agreements is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of ICT contract law and the regulatory environment




- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
