Job Description
HS Specialist, responsible for ensuring health and safety within the company. The role involves identifying and assessing risks and developing safety procedures in accordance with current regulations and company policies. The candidate must be a resident of Italy.
Responsibilities
Identify hazards related to work activities and develop prevention plans.
Define and implement procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitoring deadlines and mandatory requirements.
Coordinate and verify that personnel receive the necessary health and safety training.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment and oversee activity performance.
Manage and intervene in case of incidents.
Manage documentation related to management systems and interface with competent authorities and certification bodies.
Contribute to improving the company's HS performance through the analysis of indicators and objectives.
Requirements
Degree in a technical field and/or specific certifications (RSPP/ASPP training).
Soft skills: proactivity, analytical ability, management skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Knowledge of required IT systems (SAP, Outlook).
Good knowledge of the English language.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is €33,543 – €46,121. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience. Additional compensation components and benefits will be discussed during the recruitment process.
