CooperVision is seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer for Sales Enablement to define, deliver, and improve sales capability programmes across EMEA. You will own learning frameworks and enablement systems that support commercial performance, working with Sales, Marketing, Product and Medical.
The role requires 7+ years in Sales Enablement or related fields, strong instructional design, and hands-on use of digital tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate).
