Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Italian market by implementing and monitoring the local control framework aligned with Group requirements. You will act as a trusted business partner to drive continuous improvement, ensuring resilience and full compliance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies and engage senior stakeholders to streamline processes. This position blends finance risk, compliance, and operational controls within a fast-paced media environment, with a clear focus on ethics and integrity and leveraging technology to enhance controls. Responsibilities Promote ethics and integrity culture across the Italian market and advise on anti-bribery and internal policy. Design and implement financial, operational, and compliance controls aligned with the Internal Control framework. Design and operate quality reviews and control monitoring programs as a second line of defense. Coordinate internal control and risk management processes (risk maps, self-certifications, Letters of Representation, Code of Conduct reviews).



Manage audit and compliance activities, liaising with internal and external auditors and tracking remediation plans. Partner with the business to guide strategic changes and develop pragmatic, sustainable process improvements. Balance multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Engage with senior stakeholders cross-functionally to ensure adherence to Group requirements and local regulations. Qualifications 5+ years in risk and controls, ethics/compliance, process improvement, risk management, or audit. Strong familiarity with IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB requirements. Experience assessing business risk and evaluating internal control effectiveness. Proven track record of driving improvement and building relationships.
