What you’ll do:
You will join the team of Planning & Control following in particular the International Business reporting directly to the International Controlling Senior Manager. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following tasks:
- Coordinating the closing, budgeting and forecasting processes with delta analysis and reporting;- Ensuring consistency of the planning and reporting activities for the different countries and subsidiaries; coordination of business reviews meeting- Support in the implementation of the management control activities of the subsidiaries;- Support and coordination in the implementation of the guidelines given by HQ to the foreign subsidiaries;- Interfacing with the main corporate functions in order to support the transition phases for the new business;- Supporting in the preparation of business cases and simulations scenario for the new tenders; Who you are:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the controlling area of a structured company supporting the business functions;- You have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering;- You have excellent knowledge of Office package and IT Financial and Reporting System (SAP, Oracle);- You are fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are a team worker, flexible and proactive;- You know how to manage task and projects autonomously, you have strong analytical skills and you’re able to relate and speak at executive level; Preferrably, you also have:
- Availability for travel;- Basic knowledge of Oracle Planning and Hyperion; What we offer you/you can expect from us:
