We take pride in cultivating an environment where all team members can grow, feel heard, valued, and empowered. /p pIf you like what we’re saying, keep reading! /p h3WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US /h3 pFor Testing Services department, we are hiring a Lead Testing Services Consultant who is a highly skilled professional in areas of testing engineering, consulting, and operation of SaaS solutions with fucus on continuous testing, efficiency, test automation and innovations to ensure reliable service delivery to SimCorp clients. /p pYou will have a great opportunity to use your test expertise to contribute globally to delivery, development and optimization of our services (Continuous Testing and Conventional Upgrade). /p pTo be effective in this role, the Lead Testing Services Consultant should possess leadership skills, encourage and promote continuous learning and improvement practices based on Agile Lean methodology and DevOps practices, employ creative and innovative approaches in testing with AI applications, and collaborate with local and global teams within SimCorp. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: /h3 ul liLead testing activities for implementation or upgrade projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and reporting at the team level. /li liWork with clients to coordinate test cycles, align expectations,



and drive success in project delivery. /li liPerform in-depth test analysis and design, ensuring coverage for complex business workflows. /li liLead cross-unit collaboration at SimCorp to reduce delivery dependencies and resolve impediments. /li liOwn deviation management from identification through closure, ensuring high quality of defect reporting. /li liLead regular client meetings, guiding them through the full testing lifecycle. /li liMentor team members, contribute to CoPs, and support continuous development of capability across teams. /li liDrive knowledge transfer activities, structured training, and cross-team collaboration. /li /ul h3What We Value /h3 pMost importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest: /p ul liSolid understanding of enterprise-level software delivery, SDLC STLC, and testing quality governance. /li li5+ years of experience in testing, business analysis, or consulting roles on complex/financial systems. /li liExtensive experience applying Agile frameworks at a project team level. /li liExperience working in the financial domain, including delivery of testing or consulting activities for financial institutions or enterprise financial platforms. /li liExperience of working with SimCorp Dimension is highly beneficial.
