Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. /li liBe responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures. /li liHandle standardized manufacturing processes and provide guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHave a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). /li liHave at least 18 months of experience in Manufacturing, preferably in planning roles. /li liPossess good oral and written communication skills. /li liHave good interpersonal and leadership skills. /li liBe able to work independently. /li liPossess good problem‑solving skills.

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied.
