To strengthen our bCompetitive Cost Benchmarking (CCB) /b capability, we're seeking a bCompetitive Cost Benchmarking Pilot/Engineer /b to serve as the control tower for benchmarking activities, connecting engineering, plants, planning, and market intelligence across regions. /ppThis bregional role with global impact /b will play a key part in identifying cost opportunities, understanding competitor trends and supporting decision‑making from early vehicle development through serial life. /ph3Your mission /h3pAs bCCB Engineer /b, you will coordinate and steer all Competitive Cost Benchmarking activities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and consistency of approach worldwide. You will translate benchmarking insights into bconcrete cost opportunities /b, supporting CTPC and technical teams in improving vehicle and system cost performance. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the bcontrol tower for Competitive Cost Benchmarking /b, ensuring coordination between Engineering, Plants, Planning and Customer Marketing Intelligence /liliProvide brobust and detailed competitor cost analyses /b (vehicle and system level), comparing competitors against Stellantis vehicles to identify improvement opportunities /liliEstablish and continuously update bBIC TPC /b, ensuring challenging and relevant targets for current and future programs /liliDefine and manage the bannual CCB plan /b, collecting needs from CTPC and stakeholders and reporting on activities, budget and results /liliBuild strong binternal and external benchmarking networks /b, collaborating with PDT Benchmarking teams, engineering meta‑functions and third‑party benchmarking partners /liliCreate and maintain a bstructured cost benchmarking database /b to support decisions across new development,



serial life and transversal comparisons /liliManage and track bcost reduction proposals /b, supporting their implementation through structured systems and stakeholder alignment /liliAct as main interface with bthird‑party benchmarking companies /b, capturing trends, insights and emerging cost opportunities /liliSupport plants and transversal stakeholders by bsharing CCB studies /b, gathering needs and promoting benchmarking culture /liliIdentify bareas of improvement within Stellantis /b based on benchmarking feedback and market trends /liliSupport to btarget setting in early phases /b (vehicle and component level) /liliCost reduction proposals for bdevelopment (Design‑to‑Cost) /b and bserial life /b /liliCompetitive sensitivity analyses (non full‑vehicle scope) /liliBIC TPC definition and updates /liliInput to bchallenge specifications /b and disruptive solution identification /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience in Cost, BOM management, and cost consolidation (mandatory) /li /ulpStrong knowledge in: /pulliEngineering and vehicle technology /liliProject Management (planning skills, teamwork, budget management; similar to PEM role) /liliAdvanced skills in Excel and data management /liliInterface: /liliCustomers (Plants cluster lead, Eng (CCLPCVE programs), EE Tech Center (heads), Purchasing) /li /ulh3Offer /h3ulliSalary range: from 50000€ to 58000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ulpAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
