Experteer OverviewAs a Technical Consultant in Salesforce’s Professional Services, you drive the delivery of Salesforce Platform solutions and enterprise integrations. You work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy technical solutions that enable customer success at scale. You’ll be a domain authority, shaping architecture, design documents, and best practices, while managing risk and customer expectations. This role offers growth through formal onboarding, certifications, and close collaboration with Architects and Project Managers to deliver impactful outcomes.

- Lead design and deployment of Salesforce Platform solutions and enterprise integrations
- Evaluate business and technical requirements from senior stakeholders
- Develop technical design documents leveraging Salesforce best practices
- Troubleshoot and drive issues to resolution in customer implementations

- Provide guidance on architecture, environment management, and release practices

Responsabilità

- 5+ years IT experience
- Hands‑on technical and solution implementation experience in a relevant software domain
- Object‑oriented programming skills (e.g., Java)
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, event‑driven architectures
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology
- Independent work and distributed team collaboration
- English and Italian language proficiency
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to learn new technologies and communicate effectively
