Does this sound like the right place for you? **What you will do**: - Full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing top technical talents, while hiring for various levels across the company - with a special focus on Tech/Engineering roles on a global scale
- Track and report on talent acquisition metrics on a weekly basis to articulate progress against hiring demand
- Contribute to the design and execution of innovative nurture campaigns and DE&I; branding initiatives, in partnership with relevant hiring teams
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and hiring managers to inform recruiting decisions and drive ongoing improvements **What you will bring with you**: - Exposure to branding initiatives and TA projects
- Proven ability to employ a broad DE&I; sourcing strategy, leveraging multiple channels and tools that include: social media, employee referrals, job boards, GitHub and networking
- Core belief in quality vs quantity, as well as a passion for adding a diverse talent base to the company **What we look for**:



- 5 plus years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience within a cloud technology company
- Experience recruiting for various Technical - Engineering roles in multiple EMEA and APAC regions
- Enterprise software environment/domain focused experience
- Excellent people and communication skills, a flexible mindset, team-first approach, and a sense of humor!
