Permanent Tempo pieno **Function** Finance **The Role**
- Sonnedix has a complex group structure with each power plant being managed though its own Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which comprises a separate legal entity and a ring-fenced loan and bank accounts. These are controlled by a number of holding companies, each with their own bank accounts. There are several consolidation levels and a number of complex accounting treatments for several of the entities._ **Desirable skills**: - _Bachelor’s degree_
- _ Significant loan compliance experience, ideally in the renewable sector._
- _ Understanding of capital projects and long-term loan facilities_
- _ Audit experience is a plus _
