Role Context & Mission Reporting to the Technology & Services (T&S;) Governance Manager, the T&S; Governance Expert plays a central role in strengthening the T&S; Governance framework, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and elevating the quality of strategic execution across the Department. Positioned at the core of the T&S; Office, the role supports the translation of strategic priorities into clear governance mechanisms, robust management routines, and disciplined execution practices. It ensures that processes, decision rights, and accountabilities are clearly defined, consistently applied, and continuously improved across the Department, fostering alignment, transparency, and performance. In parallel, the role acts as a trusted partner to the T&S; Leadership Team, supporting executive-level decision-making through high-quality materials, leadership communications, and governance documentation, while orchestrating key leadership routines, forums, and committees. The overall mission is to enable faster and better-informed decision-making, reinforce operational rigor,



and support the ongoing evolution of the T&S; Operating Model. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role offering close exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to actively shape how a global Technology & Services organization evolves.
