WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to turn business insights into decisions, driving sustainable growth and improving overall store performance.
- Lead business planning, budgeting and forecasting, combining financial data, market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs and financial analysis, promoting business case thinking and working closely with commercial and operational teams to continuously improve profitability and efficiency.
- Transform complex information into clear, actionable insights while ensuring compliance, sound financial governance and supporting everyday business decisions across the store.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience in business controlling, financial planning or business analysis within retail or other fast‑paced customer‑oriented environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret commercial and retail performance, translate data into insights and support strategic business decisions.
- A commercial mindset,



with the ability to connect financial performance, customer behaviour and operational dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- A collaborative approach, enjoying working closely with leaders across the store and being actively involved in the daily rhythm of the business.
- Fluent Italian and English, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
