Location
This role is open globally, with locations in Poland (Warsaw), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Romania (Bucharest), Sweden (Vasteras), and Finland (Helsinki). The work model is hybrid.




Key Responsibilities
Design, standardize, and maintain pricing dashboards for global and local decision-making, ensuring effective deployment by country teams.
Analyze sales, pricing data, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities and risks, and collaborate with countries for improvements.
Contribute to the pricing transformation program, leading initiatives by assessing pricing maturity and identifying improvement areas.
Act as a change agent to integrate pricing strategies into business operations, providing training and support.
Develop a forum for sharing pricing best practices and continuous improvement.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance analytics and deployment plans, sharing insights across business areas.
Monitor pricing targets and collaborate with countries to analyze results.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
