As a Team Leader in IBM Consulting, you will guide client-facing SAP SD initiatives, designing and delivering scalable SD solutions that align with business goals. You'll act as a trusted advisor to optimize order-to-cash processes and revenue-related workflows, and mentor cross‐functional teams to achieve high‐quality results. This role blends strategic delivery with hands‐on configuration and industry insight, enabling impact across global client projects. Description of Tasks Design, develop, and implement SAP SD solutions aligned with client needs. Lead strategy definition and solution delivery leveraging SAP SD and latest technologies. Act as trusted advisor on process optimization, change management, and SAP best practices.



Coordinate and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Hands‐on SAP SD configuration experience. Lead 3+ end‐to‐end SAP SD implementations across project phases. Have experience as Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect. Deep understanding of SAP SD processes and integration with FI, MM, PP, WM. Ability to optimize sales and distribution processes per SAP best practices and client objectives.
