Within GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform, we are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Digital Factory development team, with the following responsibilities:
- Promoting and leading the creation of test cases & plans aimed at ensuring the quality of releases
- Collaborating with the development team to document and execute tests, by transferring skills when necessary to improve the team's ability to identify defects and assess their impact




- Preparing and executing non-regression testing, identifying opportunities for improvement to be included in subsequent developments
- Managing hands-on test automation

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, computer engineering or other preparatory diploma for software design and development
- At least 10 years of verifiable experience as manual Test Engineer / QA Engineer or other role in software quality control
- Knowledge of a broad spectrum of test methodologies (functional, accessibility, non-regression, integration, test-driven development)
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman
- Experience in test automation
- In-depth knowledge of software lifecycle management processes
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (CEFR B2 reference level)
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, REST-Assured, Cucumber, Allur
