Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the development of autonomous agents that reason and act to solve complex tasks. You will design architectures for multi‐agent collaboration, integrate external tools, and steer advanced orchestration to enable sophisticated decision‐making systems. You'll work with cross‐functional teams to shape scalable AI solutions and deliver impactful outcomes for clients. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and architect multi-agent systems where several AI agents collaborate and interact with external tools
Develop and refine orchestration for complex, non-linear workflows and decision‐making processes
Lead implementation efforts for autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into client contexts
Mentor teammates and communicate progress and trade-offs to stakeholders
Responsabilità Bachelor or Master in computer‐related field
Hands‐on experience with Generative AI models and libraries
Familiarity with LLM ecosystem and architectures such as VAE, GAN, or Diffusion Models
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Rust
Foundational knowledge of ML/DL frameworks
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
