Analyst, Cost of Sales Operations

How you’ll make an impact:
- Operational Execution: Support the reconciliation for Card Payment Scheme fees.
- Error Detection: Identify obvious data errors and follow basic logic to find discrepancies between internal records and scheme reports.
- Task Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring loops are closed and seeking support as needed.
- Issue Escalation: Promptly investigate and report anomalies identified during the reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and quality of output.
- Documentation Support: Follow instructions and clarifying questions to participate in the documentation of business processes.
- Stakeholder Information: Build initial relationships and keep internal stakeholders informed of task progress or potential issues.
- Administrative Support: Review and attend to requests through the Checkout.com ticketing system with high responsiveness.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands‑on Finance Analyst,



or other relevant roles’ experience in financial services and/or in payments processing.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with motivation to find end‑to‑end solutions.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and with remote teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in an evolving environment and sometimes shifting priorities.
- Willingness to take the initiative and continuously learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.
- Experience with SQL server and BI tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Business/Actuarial or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and superb communication skills at all levels.
- Knowledge of Scheme Fees, Card Schemes and Payments Processing will be an advantage.
