Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a landmark stadium project in Rome, driving overall delivery from design to handover. You'll work within a global advisory group renowned for big-scale sports and public venues, guiding multidisciplinary teams to meet quality, schedule, and stakeholder expectations. You will engage with the client and authorities, shaping delivery through governance and risk-aware planning. The position offers the chance to make a high-impact contribution to a flagship venue in a dynamic, international context.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead day-to-day delivery of the stadium project with strategic direction and governance across design, construction and handover
Direct and mentor the project delivery team (Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Controls, support staff)
Act as senior interface with client,



authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders to manage expectations and decisions
Oversee programme, cost, risk controls and reporting to identify and mitigate risks and align with objectives
Ensure delivery adheres to contractual obligations, Italian regulations, and international best practices for major sports venues, promoting excellence and safety throughout the lifecycle
Responsabilità Fluency in English and Italian
10+ years of experience in senior delivery roles for high-value sports/entertainment venues
Based within commutable distance to Rome
Relevant degree-level qualifications
