Shape the future of business and technology by developing cutting-edge solutions capable of generating new value. /p pWe are seeking a DVS CTO to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution of our Digital Video Services (DVS) portfolio, including Accenture Video Solution (AVS) and Accenture Multimedia Advertising Platform (AMAP). The role will drive product innovation, scalability, and alignment with client and market needs across telco, media, broadcasting, and streaming clients. /p pYou Are: You will join Accenture’s Digital Video Services team, focused on building and scaling product platforms for video, advertising, and data monetization across communications, media, and streaming clients. The team works at the intersection of strategy, product, engineering, and client delivery to create market-relevant, cloud-native, and AI-enabled platforms. /p h3The Work /h3 ul liDefine and drive the technology vision and roadmap for DVS platforms (AVS, AMAP) /li liLead architecture and engineering across cloud-native, data, and AI-driven solutions /li liPartner with sales and product teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions /li liEnsure platform reliability, performance, and security at scale /li liDrive innovation in video, advertising, and data monetization ecosystems /li liLead and mentor global engineering teams /li /ul pTravel may be required for this role based on business needs,



client engagement requirements, and leadership responsibilities across distributed teams. /p pCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is Dirigente under the Metalmeccanico C011 National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between 75.000€ and 104.700€. /p h3Here’s What You Need /h3 ul liStrong experience in product and platform engineering leadership, ideally in media, telco, broadcasting, or streaming environments /li liDeep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, data platforms, and AI/ML-enabled solutions /li liProven track record in scaling complex platforms and leading distributed global engineering teams /li liStrong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities, with the ability to translate market and client needs into scalable technology roadmaps /li liExperience with video platforms, broadcast workflows, content delivery, or advertising technology ecosystems /li liUnderstanding of broadcasting needs such as reliability, latency, quality of service, and large-scale content operations is a strong advantage /li /ul h3Bonus Points If /h3 ul liExperience with OTT, video delivery, or ad monetization platforms /li liKnowledge of ecosystem partners and emerging technologies in media tech /li liAbility to operate across strategy, architecture, and delivery /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
