MOVE WITH US!_** As **Junior Digital Project Manager** you will coordinate a series of digital transformation projects at a national and international level, and will also support the scrum master of the Agile methodology management activities team You will:
**_ Help shaping the future_**_: _support the company enhancing and accomplish new digital transformation projects and seeking continuous improvement_._ **_ Experience cooperation_**_:_ collaborate with the Agile Scrum Master to facilitate the adoption of agile practices across projects, in gathering projects specifications and transforming them into actionable user stories. **_ Take on responsibility_**_: _take ownership of local and international digital projects._ _ **_Use creativity and scope for development_**_:_ foster effective communication among project’s stakeholders and enhance a collaborative environment.
**Qualifications** What distinguishes you?** **Education**: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management Engineering **Languages: Italian and English** **Experience and know-how**:at least 2 years of experience in Project Management roles, preferably in tech/digital teams/environment.** **F**amiliarity with agile tools **is mandatory.** **Work style**:time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration. **Other**: curiosity and interest in project management topics, detail-oriented, flexible and divergent thinking style.
