On behalf of a Fine Dining Restaurant Group we are looking for a Head Waiter
- The resource will be responsible for all stages of the service: setup, mise en place, welcoming guests, taking orders, table service.
- Communicates professionally with the responsible supervisor and colleagues, maintaining a productive work environment.
- Is responsible for proper cleanliness and hygiene aspects of the work area.
- Handles all materials and work equipment correctly and keeps them clean.
- Follows all hygiene and safety requirements mandated by law. **Language**: - English (preferred)
- Italian (preferred) Work Location: In person
