We are looking for a Thermal Analyst and Designer of Thermal Control Systems for satellites. **Education & Qualifications**: - Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering;
- Master Degree in Physics (only if in presence of a consistent thermal design experience)
- English language knowledge written and spoken **Basic skills**: - An initial experience in the aerospace thermal field is required (1-3 years);
- Previous experience in Thermal modelling of structure and thermal HW is a key point;
- Knowledge of satellite configuration at system level is also preferable;
- Knowledge of thermal verification activities (test preparation, prediction, correlation) is recommended;
- Knowledge of latest innovative thermal solution (thermal fins, responsive systems, HP, variable emissivity solutions) is a key added value;
- experienced (good) knowledge of Microsoft Office The following software skills are recommended: - good knowledge of ESATAN-TMS;




- experience on data management and processing tools/algorithm is a key added value. The following attitude availability is required: - to support, exceptionally, the Group’s objectives despite no specific role is assigned (short time team strengthening);
- relocation on other Company’s site or on other sites for limited time period (weeks or few months) to support project kick-off phases, international projects development, testing, launch and commissioning phases. **Behavior and personality**: - Team work spirit and showing a real determination to put in practice this behaviour;
- Multi-cultural mind-set and ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplines environment;
- Able to work outside the “comfort zone” so looking for improvements and changes if needed;
- Able to adopt a productive and time saving professional/operative attitude (no affectionateness);
- Be respectful of the assigned budgets in terms of resources and time;
- Able to develop productive and effective relationships in order to gain support toward the result;
- Accuracy and focus on the milestones achievement;
- Able to reconsider the past experience in a “continuous improvement” professional process;
- Able to work even with incomplete data-set relying on senior’s or own experience;
- Able to act quickly and in agile mode on the experience basis and synthetic judgment capability.
