This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of technology development programs that support the company’s long‑term growth strategy and technological leadership.
Responsibilities
- Program Execution & Governance – Manage a portfolio of Research & Technology programs, ensuring delivery of agreed objectives, milestones, and outcomes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Execute program management activities in accordance with established R&T; processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks. Develop and maintain program plans, monitor progress, manage risks and opportunities, and resolve issues.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Support the continuous improvement of program management processes, tools,



methodologies, and best practices. Contribute to initiatives that promote innovation, technology development, ideation, and organizational learning. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and knowledge sharing.
- External Partnerships & Collaboration – Coordinate activities with universities, research institutions, start‑ups, technology providers, and other external partners. Support procurement and contracting activities from initiation through completion. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program objectives.
- Portfolio Management & Strategy – Collaborate with Portfolio Leaders, Technology Leaders, and Business Development teams to manage program deviations related to scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
